Mr & Mrs. Ryan Thurston tied the knot October 26th at the gorgeous Barn at Grimmel Farms in Hartford County, Maryland! I started my day with Abby, her bridesmaids, & her family at the Embassy Suites Baltimore North-Hunt Valley, where the girls had their hair & make up done while they sipped on champagne. The venue space was completely decorated from top to bottom in a country-rustic theme! Colorful mums, pumpkins, lace covered candle holders, bails of hay, an old ladder that held their engagement pictures & mason drinking jars for each guest… Absolutely LOVED every detail. White lights hung delicately over the reception area of the barn adding a romantic vibe to the whole space! Ryan & Abby definitely thought of everything when they were putting all the details together. I met up with Ryan & Abby a couple weeks before their wedding and they wanted to make sure they got an image of them before everyone filled the barn but also wanted to stick to the tradition of the groom not seeing his bride before the ceremony. So, Ryan stood in the middle of the reception space as his bride snuck in and they stood back to back carefully making sure not to look back at each other & we got the shot! How perfect! Love when my couples have special ideas and they come together perfectly!  After we photographed Ryan & his groomsmen + Abby & her bridesmaids we were finally ready to get the show on the road!! Abby looked stunning as her father walked her down an aisle lined with family & friends as Ryan, with the biggest smile, patiently waited  for his soon-to-be wife. Ryan & Abby exchanged heartwarming, traditional vows + the love between them radiated throughout the entire barn. After the ceremony we snuck off to take some group portraits while guests helped themselves to cocktail hour. Cocktail hour led to a very intimate yet  celebratory reception where guests danced the night away! Just when you thought the day couldn’t get anymore perfect Ryan & Abby handed out sparklers to all of their guests and made an exit no one could forget! Congratulations again, Ryan & Abby!!
