Bright & early Sunday morning after scouting locations throughout Gettysburg I arrived at the beautiful Historic Gettysburg Hotel to capture Luke & Candace’s wedding! Their purple & ivory wedding (I am convinced purple is the color of the year for LMP!) was absolutely breathtaking. I was swooning over all the gorgeous details the second I walked in- from the monogrammed robes, to her marquise shaped engagement ring, to the vibrant purple florals that filled the bridal suite! Candace & Luke said their vows in front of the Hotel’s iconic bank vault and it was such a modern/unique feature that made their day extra special. After becoming officially Mr & Mrs. Twigg we hopped in the car and zipped around downtown Gettysburg… These two were such troopers exploring Gettysburg to grab their bride and groom portraits in less than 20 minutes! And I have to say, it was so worth it! We captured some of my favorite portraits to date! Luke & Candace, thank you for having me as your photographer and I hope you LOVE visiting South Carolina on your honeymoon! Congratulations again, Newlyweds! xo
