I always believe that things happen for a certain reasons & yesterday that belief was solidified for me. Instead of doing my normal routine of getting up early & heading straight to the gym I felt in my heart I needed to go home. I went to my parents house to see my mom and have coffee with her like we used to. I was greeted by 5 yorkies who were so excited they could barley stand it. I gave them all kisses and said my hellos. After having our breakfast we put the puppies in their cages & headed off to start our days. My whole day felt off but I kept having a feeling deep down I needed to go home yesterday.
My evening shoot got cancelled at the last minute due to the weather so I headed over to sit with my mother at rehab while she did her stretches. Not five minutes later we got the call… Our sweet, sweet Taylor had passed away during the day. Our hearts instantly shattered & we continue to mourn this morning. He was the sweetest, happiest, most playful dog we’ve ever had. The past 9 years he brought so much undeniable love and joy into our lives. My heart breaks knowing the pain my parents are feeling losing a “son” unexpectedly. Please keep them in your prayers today & if you see them, give them a hug. God works in such mysterious ways, he knew I needed to be with my family yesterday & guided me to them. I will forever be grateful.
My Sweet T… Rest easy in heaven. We love you, always.
